By booking a service, buying a product, registering for an event or course or signing up for a membership with Luna Coaching & Spiritual Guidance, you agree to these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conditions apply to bookings and purchases made via the website, the booking system, social media such as TikTok and Instagram, Swish and other agreed booking and payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payment is made via the payment options specified when booking or purchase, for example card payment or Swish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For services where payment is made directly in connection with the booking, the booking is confirmed when the booking and payment have been registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebooking that is made no later than 24 hours before the booked time can be done at no extra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Luna Coaching & Spiritual Guidance needs to cancel an event, a new date is primarily offered. If the event is not carried out and a suitable compensation opportunity is not offered, the payment is refunded for the canceled activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of termination, future debits are stopped. Access to the membership material applies according to the information provided to the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payments already made are not normally refunded solely because the membership is terminated during an ongoing payment period. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other rights according to mandatory consumer legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The content of the membership can develop and change over time. Significant changes are handled in accordance with current consumer legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Digital material can, for example, consist of recordings, meditations, audio files, videos, course materials and exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The material is only intended for the personal use of the buyer or member and may not be copied, disseminated, published, resold or shared with others without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For digital content, special rules on the right of withdrawal apply.
