These conditions apply to all services, sessions, guidance, coaching opportunities, courses and other bookings offered via Luna Coaching & Spiritual Guidance.
By booking a service, you agree to the conditions below.
1. Booking & Participants
A booking is valid for one (1) person unless otherwise stated.
If you wish to bring more people, this needs to be announced in advance. Extra participants may involve an additional cost.
I reserve the right to refuse extra participants if it risks affecting the quality, focus or energy of the session.
2. Payment
Payment is made via Swish:

In order for the booking to be valid, the payment needs to be received no later than 24 hours before the booked time, unless otherwise agreed.
Unpaid booking is considered unconfirmed and can be canceled.
When the payment is received, a confirmation is sent.
3. Cancellation & Missing Visits
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
- Cancellation within 24 hours → Full charge
- Missing visit → Full charge
This applies regardless of the reason, as the time has already been reserved and cannot be offered to another customer at short notice.
4. About the content & results of the services
My services are based on energy, intuition, coaching, guidance and personal development.
I can't control:
- What messages come
- Which themes are highlighted
- How the process develops
- how you as a client receive or experience the session
I always work with high integrity, clarity and responsibility, but:
There is no guarantee of specific results or experiences.
You pay for my time, skills and service - not for a guaranteed outcome.
Many feel that insights land and become clear only afterwards.
5. Refund
Refunds are not given after the service is completed, regardless of experience or interpretation.
No refund is given because of:
- Missing expected messages
- Personal interpretations
- Sense of blockage
- Difference Between Expectation and Experience
The payment is binding after the service is performed, in the same way as with therapists, coaches and consultants.
6. Feedback & Reviews
I appreciate all feedback - both positive and constructive.
If you want to lift something after a session, this is preferably done in dialogue, with respect and openness.
Feedback does not affect payment terms.
7. Integrity & Security
Everything that is shared is treated with confidentiality and respect.
Sessions are not recorded without agreement.
You are responsible for sitting undisturbed during digital sessions.
8. Rebooking
Rebooking can take place up to 24 hours before the booked time.
After this, rebooking is counted as late cancellation and charged.
9. Late arrival
In case of late arrival, the session is counted from the original start time.
The time is not extended and no refund is given for lost time.
10. Right to deny service
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse clients at:
- Lack of respect
- Inappropriate behavior
- Suspicion of unauthorized recording
- Energy mode that makes work impossible
- Inquiries outside my service offering
11. Age limit
The age limit for booking is 18 years, unless otherwise explicitly specified.
12. Approval of conditions
By booking a service with me, you agree to all terms in this policy.
