External Services and SuppliersIn order to provide the business services, Luna Coaching & Spiritual guidance uses external digital services. These can process personal data to the extent necessary for each function. The business uses, among other things:Stripe– For payments and payment information.
Tidycal- For booking and administration of booked services.
Mailerlite- For newsletters and e-mails.
WordPress– For the website and its functions.
Simple Membership (WP membership)- For member accounts, login and authorization to member pages.
Tutor LMS (supervisor LMS)- For digital courses, course accounts, course materials and participants' access to courses.
Youtube- For video material and recordings used in the business.
WhatsApp- For member groups and other communications.Jetpack (automatic)- For website functions and visitor statistics. In connection with this, technical information about visits to the website can be processed.
Depending on which service you use, information such as name, e-mail address, booking details, member details, course activity and payment information can be processed by one or more of these suppliers. The respective supplier can also process personal data according to its own terms and privacy policies. When a supplier processes personal data on behalf of Luna Coaching & Spiritual Guidance, the processing must take place in accordance with applicable data protection rules.
Newsletter and marketing
